How to Order & Terms

Simply fill out this form to apply for a trade account. We'll then send you an invitation to access our full wholesale site, view product prices and place an order.

Minimum Orders

£100 minimum opening order

£50 minimum reorder

Product prices exclude VAT and this will be added at the checkout.

Order Processing

Many of Literary Emporium’s products are hand-finished to order therefore please allow at least 7 working days for delivery. The lead time varies depending on the items and quantity ordered  and please let us know if you have a specific delivery date requirement.

Please kindly note that we close for wholesale orders during early November - January due to our retail Christmas order volume. This wholesale website will be unavailable during that time.

Payment Terms

Payment can be made at the checkout via Credit/Debit card, PayPal and bank transfer.

Please only choose the bank transfer payment option if you are able to make full payment before dispatch. We will send you an email with our BACS details for the payment.

Full payment is required prior to dispatch.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated before payment is made and based on the weight and shipping destination. Shipping is free on UK orders over £150. All orders are sent using a tracked shipping service and you will be provided with a tracking reference number. You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes or duties you may incur.

Return and Cancellations

We make every effort to package our orders securely but in the unlikely event that an order reaches you damaged, we will refund the wholesale price of the item. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We are unable to refund orders for a change of mind and orders cannot be cancelled after payment is made.

Other information

Permission must be obtained before Literary Emporium products are sold online. We do not permit our products to be resold on eBay, Amazon or notonthehighstreet.com.

Please kindly note that we are currently only able to accept wholesale orders from physical stores (‘bricks & mortar’ stores) and not businesses that operate online only and eCommerce sellers, due to existing exclusivity agreements we have in place.
